Assigned Recruiter:
An individual with Executech’s recruiting staff will be assigned to each candidate thus providing the individuals with a partner in his/her search for a new career. The recruiter will provide the individual with a personal consultation to learn and understand their career objectives and then begin assisting them in their new journey.

Resume Writing:
Our resume writing service is offered on a fee-based program. Our goal is to learn your background and your objectives and put them in words so each hiring manager will clearly understand your qualifications and goals. If you are working with one of our recruiters and have been asked to apply for one of our openings, our recruiter will go over your resume with you and help identify any areas that might need a little tweaking at no cost to you. Interviewing Tips and Advice:
Our goal is to prepare each individual, that is interviewing with our clients, so their interview process from the first interview to the last interview will result in an offer being made. This preparation includes client information, interviewers name and title, tips on what the client is seeking outside of the required skills, environment, expectations

Referral Program:
Executech offers an excellent referral program. We understand that without your participation in this program we can not provide a maximized solution for our clients. Our program offers a $1,000.00 referral fee for each candidate that is referred to Executech and this fee is based on the terms and conditions of the program.
